About Us
Yolanda Quintana is a Human Resources Consultant with over 12 years experience in Human Resources Management. Graduate of University of Irvine and currently working toward becoming SPHR Certified.
She has held the full cycle of responsibilities from Generalist, Recruitment Manager, Sales Recruiter, Corporate Trainer and Human Resources Management. To her credit she has carried out and implemented numerous assignments on strategic and implementation, design and development of new business services, take-over conversions, and realignment.
She has a diverse industry background which include the Fortune 500 companies to include Marriott International Hotels, Sodexho Marriott and Crowne Plaza Beverly Hills as well as experiences in a span in the retail and manufacturing industries.
Most recently, she successfully created, owns and manages Direct Placement Recruitment and Human Resources Consulting Services. The business provides a variety of outsourced Human Resource consulting and Recruitment support to small and mid-size businesses through retained partnerships or on a project basis assisting businesses minimize their risk of exposure of costly litigtions and to solve their HR concerns and implement strategic plans to improve their effectiveness and bottom line.
Recently partnering with B2B Staffing Services, Inc. a business with over 20 years experience, and Trademark clients such as Nestles’, Rand Inc. and EDS, she is now able to include Contract placements for short and long term placements.
